Ordered the Vegan banh mi, Food was AMAZING and well priced. Best banh mi I’ve ever had, pate pastry was surprisingly good, and some of the best sauce was delicious. Service was quick even with a long line. The place is obviously very popular and has been a community staple for a long time. Vibe is authentic, over the counter ordering and puts the focus on the food first.

4/5 for Stockton standards, 3/5 for Bay Area standards. The bread is pretty decent! Got the Combination Banh Mi with extra pate (+$0.60) along with a pate chaud (Vietnamese meat pie pastry). The pate is unfortunately not savory enough. It's also lacking in pepper, and the Vietnamese butter/mayo is also a bit bland. It just tastes creamy and is missing that meat flavor! The combination pate came with this sauce which was slightly savory and a little sweet. It was good and I liked it! They skimp on the proteins though, as I only had about 3 slices of cold cuts in my sandwich and not enough cilantro. You're eating more bread here than anything. The pate chaud was good, really buttery on the outside and the meat inside was tender. Flaky, but could be flakier! The service was really good, but the banh mi was just alright. Most likely won't be returning, I still love Best Sandwiches and Smoothies on Hammer for my banh mi in Stockton!

Small establishment with outdoor seating. The people are so kind and patient. The food is truly wonderful. The bread used for the bahn mi is so crispy and the inside so soft. Just perfect for the sandwich. The ingredients taste crisp and fresh. So many other small bites available that are also so delicious. Definitely recommend coming here.

I was craving for Banh mi and Vietnamese food. So I got to this place. It's located at the back when you entered into the Plaza and Mc. Donald's is to your right. Walmart is in front of you. So make a left. Go all the way to the back. I made a big order for 3 people. Got there and it was close to closing time. 30 minutes till 6p.m. (Yesterday)... Ordered on the kiosk. It was quick and easy. Has everything I wanted to know like what's on the sandwich and what it comes with. Same to food too. Service was great and fast. We didn't have to wait long at all. I ordered 2x number 2, 1 number 1, 3x Vietnamese pork bowl, 3 Thai tea with boba. See all pictures below. I was pleased with the bowl. Big and it will make you full. I would of given a 5 star if the bread was fresh and crunchy. Overall, the food was amazing. I was super satisfied. Total was $75.27 for my entire order.

Mi Bistro was very good this is the BEST Bahn Mi I had so far in Stockton I’ve only tried 2 other spots. The sandwich was a large portion and filled enough to satisfy. I got the Char Siu Pork and added Pate and Mayo since this one does not come with the sauce they give you is so delicious it’s not the chili but a dark thin sauce loved it. Staff is extremely friendly and understanding of accommodations or questions. I had the Thai tea red (orange color) it was good but not as sweet as other places as this one may be more authentic to Vietnamese culture! The green buns and purple buns are Taro and Mung bean deserts it is more soft, bread like and the inside filling is more tarte than sweet it was 6.5/10, next time I will try a different dessert. Overall I will return for another Bahn Mi!!!
